A moped gang in London was caught on camera breaking into a dealership and making off with one of only six Kawasaki H2 Carbons in the UK.

Video filmed by a member of the public shows the thieves removing two scooters from the dealership to gain access to the exclusive H2 Carbon - worth £28,000 - before dumping them on the pavement.

Speaking to MCN, Dayonta Motorcycles salesman Bill Rayment said: "The GSX-R250 they took is worth £4299 but we got that one back and they took five Arai crash helmets worth about £600 each. There's damage on the scooters but they just left them there. The H2 is the only thing they got away with."

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: "Two motorcycles and other items were stolen. One was found abandoned nearby.  The suspects made off in the direction of Victoria Road. There have been no arrests, and enquiries are ongoing."
