Track days today are more like race paddocks from a few years ago. Find a KTM RC8R for sale. With club racing turning increasingly professional, brand new race bikes are becoming common.
Enter the KTM RC8R Track... the Austrian firm has witnessed the growing demand for off-the-peg track or race machines and produced this special, track-ready version of its RC8 superbike.
Essentially, the £13,995 Track is a regular RC8R without all the road-legal items such as headlight, number plate etc. In addition, a quality race fairing and seat is fitted instead of the standard items.
Meanwhile, the engine gets a race head gasket to increase compression plus a 100% titanium Akrapovic exhaust. The end result is a quoted 177bhp, or seven more than the £18,000 Ducati 1198SP.
