Return of the Suzuki Bandit 1250S

Published: 21 July 2015

Suzuki’s evergreen Bandit 1250S returns to our dealerships for the first time since 2012. It was dropped from Suzuki’s UK range in 2012 (but kept going in Europe), but now it’s back - exactly the same as before, save for some tweaks to the fairing.

The big Suzuki might be old-school and simple compared to the latest and greatest sports tourers, but the Bandit’s 97bhp four-cylinder motor is packed with torque and is virtually indestructible. Best of all it only costs £7299, or £108/month with a PCP deal (36 months, £1845 deposit).

I’m going to be living with the Bandit 1250S for the next week to see if Suzuki were right to bring it back from the dead, or if they should’ve left it to rest in peace. Check out MCN soon for our full road test.
