Pick up a bargain bike

If you’re after a new bike then there are a whole range of offers available at the moment. Here are just a few to choose from.

Ducati are offering a special insurance deal on the 999 and 749. Buy either bike from an official Ducati dealer before the end of September and you’ll get up to £500 off the price of your insurance.

If you fancy a big cruiser, Harley Davidson are offering a special finance deal on the V-Rod until the end of August, which could see you pick up the bike for just £150 a month.

Blackpool Honda have got a cost price sale on its range of second hand stock and have also got some of the first of the new batch of 2004 CG125s at £1995.

Planet Moto in Whitehill, Hampshire, are having a ‘silly season sale’ in which they say they will consider any offer, with a £99 deposit securing any bike.

Kawasaki are offering a nought per cent finance on the Z1000 and Z750 on any bike bought before the end of September. You have to put down 25 per cent deposit to get the deal but there are other deals available with deposits as low as £99.

And OnYerBike in Aylesbury, Bucks, is having a ‘massive clearance sale’ and they want to sell everything in one week. They’ve got Ducati 999Ss with £1500 off list price as well as a set of free Termignomi pipes, Kawasaki ZX-6R for £5799 and Yamaha R1 down to £8499.
