Naked 1000cc Blade due

The Hornet 900 is set to be replaced by a new naked Honda using a derivative of the latest 1000cc Blade engine.

Insiders say the update is a response to tougher competition from the likes of the Z1000.

The current Hornet makes around 110bhp. The new bike is expected to make closer to 130bhp.
