Heretic at Goodwood

1 of 1

If you go to the Goodwood festival of speed this weekend you’ll get the chance to see the mad Ecosse Heretic for the first time in Europe.

The bike has been available for a few years in the US but they are made in such limited numbers, only 100 per year, that they are rarely seen outside the States. The amazing cruiser/sports bike cross will be on show all weekend at Goodwood.

It might cost $65,000 for the base model but you get a serious bike for the money.

The Heretic boasts an 1800cc v-twin with 120bhp and 125ftlb of torque mounted in a custom built chassis with three different ride settings.

You get custom made Ohlins suspension front and rear, ISR six pot brakes and Oz racing wheels.

You can choose how you want to ride the bike with ride height adjustable to three different settings from “aggressive road-racer” to “wicked-low dragster”. Even the footpegs move to accommodate the different positions.

Options to up the price even more include bigger tunned engines, custom colours, and a personal fit for the pegs, bars and seat.
