Kawasaki updates VN

Kawasaki has updated its middle-sized cruiser for 2006 with the VN900 getting an extra 100cc over the 2005 bike.

The bike has been restyled to look more like the VN2000 so riders don’t look or feel like they’re on a small bore cruiser.

The whole bike has been given the VN2000 makeover with the engine using the same design and a belt drive replacing the chain.

The engine has been tuned for mid range torque and Kawasaki claims that “with a single downshift it can keep up with bikes one displacement class larger.”
