2011 Triumph Speed Triple: countdown to first ride

Triumph’s all-new 2011 Speed Triple will be ridden for the first time by MCN tomorrow (Wednesday) and Chief Road Tester Trevor Franklin has just arrived at the Ascari circuit in southern Spain.

He said: “I’ll be reporting back immediately after my first ride tomorrow, but just seeing the bike in the flesh for the first time is impressive – its controversial new styling is much better in reality than it seems in pictures and it’s also incredibly neat and compact.”
