Pic gallery: Ducati 1199 Panigale BSB bikes arrive

These are the first pictures of the Ducati 1199RS, the bike supplied to British Superbike race teams at a cost of £80,000.

The Ducati 1199RS will be used by two BSB teams in 2012, Moto Rapido Racing and Jentin Doodson Motorsport.

Ducati UK Managing Director Tim Maccabee said: “It is incredibly exciting to have the very first 1199 Panigale Superbikes arrive here at Silverstone. It is a privilege and an honour to know that we, in the UK will be the first to race the 1199 Panigale in Superbikes anywhere in the world and BSB is the perfect stage.”
