What’s good? These boots are so good. What makes them good? The fact I wear them on and off bikes without discomfort (no armour involved); they have never leaked; they haven’t fallen to bits.
In return for faithful service I occasionally cover them in boot polish and polish them to a shine with my 18v cordless drill with buffing pad (very quick and easy. Try it).
What’s not? If anything is going to wear it’s the heels – they’ve partially worn on the striking edge. Replacement is going to be tough because these boots don’t exist anymore. Woe is me; woe is my feet.
