This is a great, easy-to-use piece of kit and well worth the investment - especially if you have a CAN-bus bike.

This unassuming piece of kit is a lot more sophisticated than it looks! The battery management system provides real-time information about the state of the motorcycle’s battery and is even capable of charging discharged batteries as low as 4.1V (as long as the battery isn’t damaged).

The Oximiser can be left permanently connected to the bike’s battery to provide better long-term care or you can simply mount it on the garage wall with the provided wall bracket. It also comes equipped with both Crocodile Clips and a waterproof fuse holder.

Whilst it’s fairly basic when compared to some of the more expensive products here it does exactly what it says on the label.

It’s a 5-step battery charger designed for 12V starter batteries with SAE connectors. It offers 0.15A at 230V maximum input current and will charge, maintain and optimise your bike’s battery for the months ahead.

Ideal purchase if you’re on a budget but looking for something that’s both easy-to-use and boasts good quality.

 

 

Gear Gremlin 12V Battery Charger - £22.99 RRP

Gear Gremlin Battery ChargerThe Gear Gremlin 12V Battery Charger really deserves an honourable mention. It’s certainly the smallest and cheapest in the list but surprisingly still offers excellent value for money.

This compact little charger is great for keeping your motorcycle battery topped-up during winter months or when ridden less frequently.

Let’s not mince words - it is a basic charger that includes a number of leads suitable for charging any 8ah 12V motorbike battery. But for £22.99 we’re not complaining and neither are our customers.
