Aberdeen to Snet for BSB Suzuki winner

Here is the winner of our Suzuki British Superbikes Competition, Brian Druguid, and his fiancée Julie making the most of the Rizla Suzuki hospitality suite at last weekend’s BSB round at Snetterton.

The couple were picked at random from the hundreds of correct entries and traveled all the way from Aberdeen to Snetterton, Norfolk to watch the race from the comfort of the Suzuki Hospitality suite. After the race they got the chance to meet riders Yukio Kagayama and John Reynolds, get their photos taken and pick up some signed merchandise.

Brian and Julie made a weekend of it, making the 800 miles journey for the practice laps on Saturday and staying to the end of the racing on Sunday.

CBR600 rider Brian was amazed that he won after entering the competition only 15 minutes before the deadline.

He said: ” I couldn’t believe it. I sent the email at 11:45 and by 1:00 this guy from Suzuki was on the phone saying I had won. It was a long way to come but it was definitely worth it. I normally only get to Knockhill but this is so much better. ”
