2007 endurance calendar

1 of 1

The 2007 Endurance World Championship provisional calendar comprises six events, including two 24 hour races in France and one in Germany.

This will be the first time the championship has been promoted by the FIM since the Italian Flammini Group took control of the series in 2000.

The FIM is strongly involved in the management and promotion together with the organisers of the championship’s rounds.

They say that a complete list of the 17 permanent teams will be published on January 15. The permanent teams commit themselves to take part in all the rounds of the World Championship. The remainder of the entry at each round will be filled by local teams.

The provisional calendar of the 2007 Endurance World Championship is the following:

April 21/22 France Le Mans (24 hours)

May 5 Spain Albacete (6 hours)

July 29 Japan Suzuka (8 hours)

August 11/12 Germany Oschersleben (24 hours)

September 15/16 France Bol d’Or (24 hours)

November 10 Qatar Doha/Losail (6 hours)*
