Dougie Lampkin's second at Sheffield International Invitation Indoor Trial

Dougie Lampkin completed his eight year term with Repsol Montesa HRC with a runner-up finish in the Sheffield International Invitation Indoor Trial.

It was Dougie Lampkin’s final ride on the factory four-stroke and he didn’t disappoint the large home crowd, although he had no answer in the final round to the all-conquering Antonio Bou.

Thirty-one-year-old Dougie Lampkin said: “I’m so glad to have been able to close my time with Montesa with a good result.”
