Cock O' The North Road Races

Ian Lougher took the win in the 12 lap feature race to claim victory in the Cock O’ The North Road Race at Scarborough’s Olivers Mount Circuit.

The Northern Ireland based road race specialist won on his Blackhorse Finance backed Yamaha R1 superbike, with Irish Superbike champion Michael Pearson 2nd (also R1 mounted) and Daniel Frear 3rd on a Yamaha R6.

Ian had one of his most successful weekends just after his birthday on Thursday, recording a total of 8 wins and 1 heat victory, taking his total victories to 111 around the North Yorkshire Seaside circuit.
