The Chris Jones Riders Fund 2nd Annual Bowling Night raised over £22,000, thanks to the support from leading racers and over 500 race fans.

Guest of honour and WSB championship leader James Toseland bowled the night off with battle commencing between the likes of Ryuichi Kiyonari, Jonathan Rea, Leon Haslam, Chris Walker, Karl Harris, and Cal Crutchlow from BSB, Dean Ellison and Craig Jones from the WSB paddock  while Dan Linfoot and Eugene Laverty travelled to Rotherham direct from the Sachsenring GP.

The now famous memorabilia auction and raffle, coupled with on-the-night donations helped match last year’s incredible total of £21,500, with a donation of almost £5000 from collections by the marshalls trackside at BSB given by Nino Pezzini on behalf of Racesafe.

Other big news on the night was the handing over of a cheque for £35,000 from the original Vivaldi Racing Trust Fund together with the full support of MCRCB Events, organisers of BSB, recognising the fund as the official charity of BSB.
