Hudson Kennaugh will be gunning for the British Supersport Championship for the second season on the trot after joining Seton Racing for 2009.

The South African finished runner-up to Glen Richards in the British Supersport Championship in 2008 with Raceways Yamaha, but both parties went their separate ways after the final round of the season at Brands Hatch.

Phil Seton, Team Manager and Seton Tuning Managing Director said: ‘We are very pleased and excited to have secured the services of such a high profile and talented proven race winner, as Hudson.

“This is only our second season in the British Supersport Championship and last year we showed great promise but we need more consistent front running and Hudson plays an important part in our 2009 strategy.

“I am also looking forward to working with Linxcel Europe Ltd. for another season.

“We owe a lot to our title sponsor for their dedicated support and would like to thank them for continuing their support into 2009.”

Hudson Kennaugh, via phone from South Africa, stated: ‘It is great to be involved with a team that has performance at the forefront of their aims.

“I am confident that the Linxcel-Seton Tuning Team will provide me the equipment and the backing necessary for me to achieve my goals in 2009.”
