Tom Bridewell gets second Centurion Racing Supersport ride

Tom Bridewell’s impressive tenth position finish at Cadwell Park has done enough to secure him the ride once again at Brands Hatch on October 12.

The Honda team has had an open spot since Dennis Hobbs picked up a shoulder injury at Thruxton at the first race weekend of the season.

The Centurion team has already landed former 250 Grand Prix man Dan Linfoot to fill the vacant place at some circuits, and now Bridewell will take to the bike again for his second showing.

“I wasn’t sure what to expect really but I knew I still had the pace to run at the front and if I’m being honest, I was a little bit disappointed with tenth place at Cadwell,” said the 19-year old from Devizes.

“The team was great and they were fantastic to work with and I’m sure that with a few little improvements we discussed, we can really run up at the front at Brands.

“I’m looking forward to racing the Centurion Honda again and rounding off what has been a tough season in style.”
