Brit-based factory Kawasaki WSB team, Paul Bird Motorsport, has a new sponsor as well as a replacement rider for this weekend’s Brands Hatch BSB round.

South African Sheridan Morais is deputising for injured Makoto Tamada and lines up alongside Australian ace Broc Parkes.

24-year-old Morais deputised for Tamada at the Kyalami round and scored solid points in both races and in addition, knows his way around Brands given he scored a second place finish in last year’s FIM Superstock 1000 Championship race there so is confident of further success.

The team also has backing from clothing brand Henleys.  Established in 1996, Henleys is one of today’s most influential and innovative UK fashion brands, with a range of casual wear for both men and women.
