The missus had taken the car so I decided to brave the horrific weather and travel the 55 miles on my bike.     I would just like to say What a top bloke Chris Walker is. I attended his book signing on saturday in Norwich. Everyone was met with a smile and patience. Nothing seemed too much trouble. And it gave me something decent to read whilst waiting for hours on end whilst the wife tried on clothes in every store. Good luck in WSS Chris.

    Rizla Suzuki wasted no time in giving new-signing Tom Sykes a shakedown ride on their 2008-spec GSX-R1000 race bike at Mallory Park this week. Tom Sykes had a full afternoon of riding on Wednesday during an open test day and then got two hours on Thursday before gusting wins and torrential rain brought the test to a halt.
