Brit gets GP wildcard

British rider Dan Linfoot will race as a wildcard in the French GP at Le Mans on May 21, 2006 on a 250cc Honda for Winona Racing.

Linfoot last rode in the GP class as a wildcard for the wet British GP in 2005, where he scored an impressive ninth place. He has also ridden in the Spanish 125cc championship in 2005, claiming a sixth place at the final round in Jerez,
