18-year-old Stefan Bradl has taken his first ever 125GP win at Brno ahead of Mike Di Meglio in second.

German, Bradl led for the majority of the race as the seven leading riders madeaway at the front.

Britons Bradley Smith and Scott Redding were able to stick with the leading group for some of the race, but were unable to keep up towards the end of the race. They finished sixth and eleventh respectively.

The leading group, which also included Nicloas Terol spent the race swapping place at virtually every corner as they battled to catch up with the leader, Bradl.

Reigning world champion Gabor Talmacsi was unable to get on to the podium as he battled with Juan Olive for the final podium position.

Britain’s Danny Webb did not complete the race as he crashed on the first lap.
