MotoGP: Danny Webb in injury scare

1 of 1

British teenager Danny Webb suffered a major injury scare today less than a month before the start of the 2008 125GP world championship.

The Molenaar Aprilia rider was given the all-clear after initial fears he had broken his right arm in a high-side crash during a test session at the Valencia circuit today.

Medical checks revealed no broken bones but Webb has suffered muscle damage in his right arm, and he will have further examinations on Monday in Jerez before finding out whether he is fit enough to take in the three-day 125GP IRTA test session starting on Tuesday (February 19).
