This is the bike that Roger Lee Hayden will be riding in Moto2 at the Indianapolis GP.

Hayden will be riding as a wildcard in a team headed by Kevin Schwantz, backed by both the AMA Erion Honda team and American Honda, and Drudi Performance have been called in to design the graphics.

Aldo Drudi, founder of Drudi Performance, has a long working history with Schwantz, and first created Schwantz’s starbust helmet design in 1991. He has designed a huge number of racer helmets and paint jobs since then.

Drudi said, “To work with Kevin, who is a friend and a champion, on a project that American Honda is supporting, it was a given that I was honored to be asked to create the graphics.

“This assignment has been particularly special to me because for a long time I have wanted to create a theme that focused on the stars and stripes of the USA, which turns out to be the perfect match for this project. It is a very exciting opportunity and a project that will be of the highest level.”

Hayden will also be wearing a Drudi designed set of leathers.

American Honda plans to have Drudi-designed commemorative shirts and hats available to the public. All proceeds will go to the Ride for Kids program that supports the efforts of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation
