Experience British MotoGP like a pro

1 of 1

Whether you’re a fanatical member of Valentino Rossi’s VR46 army, a dedicated Ducatisti, fully signed up Suzuki supporter, an early devotee of KTM’s MotoGP efforts, or you’re desperate to see Lowes take the Aprilia to new highs – there’s a fanstand experience for you at this year’s British MotoGP.

There are more fanstands than ever before, all positioned to give you a great view of the action as MotoGP returns to Silverstone on the Bank Holiday weekend of August 24-27, giving you every excuse to go tribal!

Support in style

On race day staff at the fanstand entrances will be handing out freerider/team branded merchandise which – depending on which stand you’re in – will include anything from branded flags to t-shirts, or even caps. The merchandise differs from stand-to-stand but each one will be aiming to be brighter, bolder and more tribal than the others. And the best bit will be the electric atmosphere that comes from being with like-minded fans!

Beware of VRexit!

Responding to the threat that 2017 could be Valentino Rossi’s penultimate race in the UK (his current contract ends in 2018), the massive VR46 fan area located at Copse has already broken all previous sales records. Two extra allocations have bolstered capacity this year, but the last remaining seats are disappearing fast– so you really do need to book now to be part of the historic crowd cheering Vale on towards his goal of a tenth championship title.

And there’s more…

Don’t forget, there’s a lot more going on than just three feature races on Sunday. With camping all weekend for the full festival feeling; Family Fun Friday – with free parking, free face painting, and free entry for kids under 15; A free concert on Friday with ABC, Jack Savoretti, and superstar DJ Seb Fontaine; Paddock tickets available for Saturday, and a post MotoGP racetrack invasion planned – you really should make a weekend of it.

Book your tickets now!

Fanstand seating always fills up fast, so don’t book at the last minute because it will cost you more, and you risk missing out completely. Simply head to the Silverstone ticket site now at www.silverstone.co.uk, or call the ticket hotline on 0844 375 0740.
