McAdoo Kawasaki Racing’s Conor Cummins was happy with the 2010 McAdoo Kawasaki bikes after a three-day Pirelli/Metzeler tyre test at Castle Combe.

Cummins tested the 2010 spec ZX-10R superbike, ZX-6R supersport and ZX-10R superstock bikes and was pleased with the developments made over the winter.

It was the first time the team had run with the new electronics packages on the ZX-10R superbike and Zx-6R supersport and everything seemed to be running smoothly.

He said: “It was a good test for myself and the team. The weather wasn’t perfect for the job but we got some valuable track time ahead of the season and the 2010 Pirelli and Metzeler tyres seem spot on.

“I’m happy with the McAdoo Kawasaki bikes and there is definitely lots of potential there for the season.

“I’m really looking forward to the North West 200 for our first big challenge of 2010 on the roads.”
