Sena and Shark team up to release new 2025 intercom systems to replace the previous Sharktooth line

Shark have announced a new line of integrated communication systems in collaboration with Sena. Previously Shark specific intercoms had been coined Sharktooth, but the new units are to be named ‘Sena for Shark’ and will available with either Mesh or Bluetooth connectivity.

The Mesh version will allow for larger groups of up to 24 riders to connect with a maximum range of 1.6km, while the Bluetooth allows for smaller groups of four riders or less with a range of up to 800m.

Both variants of the new Sena for Shark will feature HD 40mm speakers and Advanced Noise Control technology, aiming to provide clear sound quality for up to 15 hours per charge, with a fast recharge time of as little as 2.5 hours.

Settings can be customised using the Shark App, compatible with both Android and iOS, allowing for hassle free quick-start set up and use. The app allows the management of VOX hands-free controls and pre registered phone numbers, aiming to provide a quick and easy way to stay connected safely while riding.

The new waterproof headset has been designed collaboratively between the two manufacturers, with the shape and lines of Shark ECE 22.06 helmets in mind, aiming to give a sleek and stylish look when fitted.
