American helmet manufacturer Simpson branch out into the adventure helmet market with two new lids

American helmet manufacturer, Simpson announce two new models for their lineup. The Journey Bandit and Xcursion Bandit are Simpson’s first adventure helmets, with the Journey’s flip front design aimed to be more road focused and the Xcursion’s full face design tailored for more off-road riding.

Meeting the latest ECE 22.06 safety standards in both the open and closed position, the Journey is adaptable to your riding preference. The moisture wicking Comfort Max interior aims to provide all day comfort and the Pinlock MaxVision 120 visor provides great visibility with it’s ultra wide view and anti-fog properties.

The Xcursion has a removable peak to allow riders the choice between aerodynamics and branch protection. The interior is lined with Comfort MAX fabric which wicks away moisture and allows space for the addition of speakers for an intercom system. The Pinlock MaxVision 120 visor is complimented by the drop down sun visor to provide shade from the sun, meaning that there is no need to carry additional visors or sunglasses.

Currently only available for the US market, there is no date set for UK distribution at this point.
