The mini-emperor had new clothes and everyone could see they were considerably sportier. While not as sharp as the Yamaha YZF-R125, it carried off the ‘big-bike’ look very well. It rode just as well too. CBR 125 R: the success story lives on. The CBR 125 R went off sale in 2019. This version replaced the 2004 model of the same name.
