1964 TRIUMPH BONNEVILLE T120R Highlights From the Zimmerman Brothers Collection Fully restored by Bill Hoard, Martin, Michigan Bill Hoard of Martin, Michigan, the restorer of many Bonnevilles in the Zimmerman Brothers Collection, is considered one of the best in the world. Hoard' work is featured in many Triumph collections in the USA. Most collectors say he set the Triumph restoration standards for more than 25 years. Bill has recently retired, and this may be the rare chance to acquire one of his restorations. The 1964 Triumph Bonneville T120 was mostly unchanged from the 1963 model, yet at the same time it was a testament to the continuing process of refinement and development. Model designations were as before, with one important addition: the TT Special, a specially-tuned Bonneville stripped of all lights and street equipment, intended purely to race. Again, the T120R was the road version, the T120C was the off-road and street scrambler. The front forks however, were all new for 1964, with external springs covered in new rubber gators. The new 1964 paint scheme was gold on top and Alaskan White on the bottom. CALL US NOW ON 01744 616161. .
