Back on a Suzuki for the first time since the end of last year’s British Championship Walker clearly enjoyed being back on a track where he took a first and second in 2000. The other rider in the familiar fluro-green leathers aboard the red ZX-7R,belong to Kawasaki’s Michael Rutter, and you can see both he and Walker scrapping it out all around the Leicestshire circuit.

Both men are on showroom spec machinery with road tyres and prove that you don’t need expensive bolt-ons to turn in 54-second laps. Just a bucket load of talent.
