Knievel targets record, any record

Robbie Knievel is setting his sights on a record-breaking jump this year… but it hasn’t yet been decided quite what the record will be.

Organisers of the National Grand Prix of Washington, in the U.S, where it will be staged, could only say: ” He will jump over 200 feet, possibly over trucks or police cars. We are not sure yet what, but it will be a record. ”

Perhaps the Guinness people should be the judges of that?

Evel’s son will be in the air on his Honda CR500 on July 21.
