First official pictures of new KTM

This is the first official picture, leaked from a factory insider, of a production version of KTM’s LC8 Adventure.

It’s believed a factory rider has taken this particular machine on a final quality-control ride – to Siberia! The rider, Thomas Jenker, set off in May this year and is already on his way home.

You can clearly see the navigation computer and luggage racks which will be offered as factory options on the 942cc V-twin. The bike will go on sale for around £7700 this winter, we should see it in the flesh at the Intermot Show in Munich this September.
