The man leading the WSB title table after the weekend’s opening two races will be joining the crowds at the MCN Scottish Motorcycle Show later this month.

Factory Ducati WSB rider James Toseland took a win and a second in Valencia. See links right for race reports and MCN, out on Wednesday for all the background.

And Toseland won’t be the only star at the show, at the Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh, on March 13-14. MotoGP newboy (and British Superbike champion) Shane Byrne will also be there.

Scottish racing legend Niall Mackenzie will be joining them on the MCN stage – where you can also see the first outing of the gorgeous 2004 MCN Babe Squad.

The show is supported by Bridgestone and Carole Nash. It is on Saturday March 13 and Sunday March 14 and you can save on the price of tickets if you book in advance. Click here to buy online.

Other attractions include: Your chance to take a ride as a passenger in a sidecar outfit; a Carole Nash-supported collection of classic bikes, your chance to witness the Bridgestone Action Zone, have a try at Yamaha Supermoto, watch minimoto action and have a crack yourself; and you can take a helicopter ride and watch stunt shows.

There’s also the chance to win cash off your next bike with an exclusive motorcyclenews.com competition. We’ll have computer terminals available for you to try out the site and motorcyclenews.com Editor David Cushman will be at the show to hear your views and discuss our plans for the future of the site.

If you’d rather book your tickets on the phone, call 08700-133-020. Tickets cost £12 in advance per day or £20 for a weekend ticket. Prices on the door are £13 a day for adults, concessions are £6 and children under 15 get in free.
