Tornado price should go down a storm

Benelli’s beautiful Tornado Tre has tumbled in price to a level that puts it in the same ballpark as a 2004 R1.

It’s all part of the Italian firm’s bid to transform itself from a small-scale specialist manufacturer into a mainstream player.

With immediate effect the price of the Tre has gone from a super-exclusive £12,000 to £9999 on the road. It amounts to an overnight price cut of more than 16 per cent. A 2004 R1 has an on-the-road price of £9399.

The TNT naked bike, arriving soon, will remain at a list price of £9499 OTR.
