With 2005 bikes just around the corner the last of the cut-price 2004 stock is proving too tempting for many. And those buyers are off-loading their low-mileage used bikes to a welcoming market.

Chambers Honda in Maidstone have a 2004 Honda Varadero for £5595, almost £2000 off the price of a new bike, Mission Motorcycles in Milton Keynes will do you a 200 mile Suzuki Hayabusa for £6999, almost £1300 cheaper than new, while Wollaston BMW have got an 1100 mile BMW R1200GS for £8495, £800 cheaper than the in-short-supply new bike.
