Two-wheeled tow trucks

We’ve all heard of cars towing bikes but you’d think that a bike would be hard pushed to reverse the roles.

Well Swedish firm Coming Through could see the benefits and have developed the idea to help cut down the traffic jams on our roads.

Broken down vehicles cause much of the traffic chaos on our roads but the recovery trucks despatched to clear the blockage just get stuck in the jams as well. But a bike can just filter through to the front.

Enter the Retriever – a Honda Goldwing fitted with a folding hydraulic trailer capable of towing a car with caravan.

Several recovery firms on the continent have started using the bike and Coming Through say it helps cut down response times massively.
