Big naked bargains

Big naked bikes are continuously increasing their popularity, with sales shooting up by 30 percent in the last year, and we’ve got loads in our Bike for Sale section.

The new Speed Triple came top of the test this week. It’s too new to have filtered through to the second hand market but the 955i version is still a great bike and you can pick this one up for just £5495.

The Kawasaki Z1000 is getting on a bit now but it is still a good bike and it means you can pick up bikes like this 2004 machine with 1700miles on the clock for just £4999.

An MV Agusta Brutale would normally set you back over ten grand new but you can get a two-year-old 3000 mile bike for just £7699.

The Buell XB12S is a strange machine, 250GP bike handling combined with a big lazy Harley engine. But it works quite well. You can grab this 53 reg bike with 4500 miles for £5875.

Ducati’s top of the range Monster, the S4R feels every inch like the 996 superbike it shares its engine with, thanks to the adjustable suspension, great brakes and loads of ground clearance. This 2004 bike can be had for £6000 with 4000 miles on the clock.]

The Aprilia Tuono is pretty much a Mille with the fairing taken off and it goes like it too. It’s a bargain as well with this 2003 bike setting you back just £4800.
