Regular MCN reader John Alberti lives on the A52 which many will use to get to Skeggy. He warns of the road: “You will find mud inches deep pushed to the nearside, vovering the white line and hiding the curb. Riding this road in bad weather can be dangerous and at night it’s hard to distinguish between the road and the verge.

“Go steady. The old bill will be out in number as well… it’s the only time we see them.”
