Evening with Boorman

Charley Boorman will be at Coventry Transport Museum on Thursday, March 23, 2006, to talk about his experiences with Ewan McGregor on The Long Way Round, and to take part in a question and answer session.

The evening is also an opportunity to see the new motorcycle gallery at the musem, which will open to the public on Friday, April 14, 2006. Boorman has ridden bikes since he was seven years old, including competing in schoolboy motor cross and enduro races. In 2004 he spent three months riding around the world with Ewan McGregor, and he has just returned from his debut in the Paris Dakar race.
