You can support a call by the Motor cycle Industry Association to open up more bus lanes for use by motorcyclists.
An independent survey in 2005 found 87 per cent of riders and over half of the general public thought allowing bikes would have safety benefits while Transport for London has provisionally confirmed it improves rider safety without affecting pedestrians and cyclists.

"Bikes in bus lanes can have a positive impact on road safety and unless there are special reasons, then Local Authorities should follow the logic of this debate and be more pro-active," said MCI's Craig Carey-Clinch.
