Isle of Man TT great the late Mike Hailwood is to be honoured with his own commemorative stamp and coin.
Hailwood, who died in 1981, will be remembered as part of the Isle of Man Postal Office’s TT 2007 All Time Great Centenary Stamp Collection.
The stamp will show a reproduction of his TT helmet with the Hailwood postage stamp. The coin, released on the same day, will be minted as an IOM Treasuary Official TT 100 curpo nickel Hailwood crown.
