A case of mistaken motorcycle identity - tell us your story

1 of 1

In this week’s MCN (December 12, 2007) we reported the story of Karen Gregson-Smith who was harassed into selling her motorcycle after being wrongly accused of riding in a bus lane.

Karen was sent a £100 penalty charge with a picture of a motorcycle in a bus lane with what looked like here number plate. It turned out not to be her Aprilia RS125 but a Honda CBR1000 Fireblade and one digit which looked like a D was in fact an O.

We now want to hear from other readers who have been wrongly accused as a result of number plate cloning or even mistaken identity.
