Fine every 15 seconds

UK bikers and drivers are paying out one £60 fixed penalty after being caught by speed cameras every 15 seconds.

This news is according to new statistics from Speed Camera Partnerships. 

Income from cameras reached £114 million last year, and nearly two million people were caught.
