New bikes for female cops

Female police officers are being offered smaller guns and lighter motorcycles in an attempt to encourage more women to join the force.

The Humberside force is considering using smaller bikes for better manoeuvrability for both male and female officers.

Honda has been asked to design a new machine considering officers are required to lift their bikes off the ground before being allowed to join the motorcycle unit.
