Hawg Haven announce run of Charley Boorman choppers

Published: 22 May 2008

Custom motorcycle builders Hawg Haven are to produce ten replicas of the Knucklehead-inspired Bobber built for Long Way Round star Charley Boorman.

'Old Skool' was built for the globe-trotting film star during 2007, and the Norwich custom shop has now announced that a further ten replica Old Skools will be built and sold.

The motorcycle is based around a Mid-West Motor Supply 96 cubic inch air-cooled v-twin. An Ultima Soft Tail frame holds a set of classic-styled Springer forks and a set of wide tyres. Parts like the tank, mudguard and seat are all hand-fabricated in-house by Hawg Haven.

Price is yet to be revealed, but it isn't likely to be cheap.
