ROOF helmet problems

I bought a roof boxer helmet with a fold down chin piece. After I had used it for about two weeks the press stud clips that secure the chin piece snapped off.

Powersports mended it by re riveting on some new tabs of the same snappable variety and returned it to the shop (Woods Motorcycles). As I had no confidence that the repair would last any longer than the origional bits i refused to accept it back and asked for a replacement. Powersports refused point blank.

Woods Motorcycles showed how they have become North Wales’s best bike shop by refunding my money and accepting the loss themselves. I then bought a Shoei from them.

What did I learn from my experience? That Roof helmets break and they don’t care about after sales. Big thank you to Woods Motorcycles.
