Video: Aprilia RSV4 with Leo Vince

In next week’s issue of MCN we’re bringing you pictures of the brand new full LeoVince 1098R system. And while you anticipate that, how about the soundtrack of the Aprilia RSV4 fitted with something similar?

This video, courtesy of LeoVince USA, captures the growling tones of the new V4 with one of LeoVince’s full racing-style systems fitted.

The compact SBK-Factory silencers are 100% titanium construction, oval design with unique squared off tops and bottoms, shed kilo’s of weight when compared to the gargantuan stock RSV4 exhaust, and are available in a choice of titanium casing, or carbon fibre casing complete with tapered carbon tailcone.

Many manufacturers have shied away from carbon fibre in the past on Aprilia’s due to severe heat build-up, but rest assured LeoVince’s carbon has been tried and tested by the worlds top race teams.

As for sound, you’ll get a typical deep LeoVince exhaust note from their large bore exhausts, much sportier than the standard offering.

Fully road legal ‘E’ approved specification and with removable db baffles, you can enjoy a more audible racetrack sound.

Carbon fibre support straps, lathe turned bolts, AISI304 link pipes and quality mounting kits all add up to a premium quality exhausts – but at realistic down to earth prices  –  £471 inc vat for the slip-on’s – and £1132 inc vat for the systems (same price for titanium or carbon casing).

Pick up a copy of next week’s MCN to see the Ducati 1098R system, as developed by the DFX Corse Ducati team.
