Video: Rossi and Toseland star in hilarious 'The Office’ spoof

Yamaha MotoGP stars Valentino Rossi, James Toseland, Jorge Lorenzo and Colin Edwards have showed off their acting prowess in a hilarious spoof of award winning British comedy The Office.

Filmed at the Yamaha US headquarters in California prior to this weekend’s American MotoGP race in Laguna Seca, Rossi took on the role of receptionist, Lorenzo was a window cleaner, JT was a postroom worker and Edwards head of security.

The quartet all took up the roles in the special spoof docu-comedy that copied the hugely successful Office format, which was a massive UK hit ahead of an American version that followed.

Edwards said: “It was great fun to do and cool for the Yamaha workers too. And it came out funny.

Toseland said: “I really enjoyed it. I loved The Office so it was good to take part in something like that. All the staff at Yamaha US loved it too.”

All the Yamaha employees that appear in the video are real Yamaha US workers, including some senior management. Once filming had finished, all employees had the chance to get their pictures and autographs.
