BMW launches race kit in the UK

First seen at the Milan show last November, BMW’s new Double R sports collection is now available in the UK.

This collection comprises a suit, helmet, boots and gloves, all of which are designed for racing.

• DoubleR suit: Made from 1mm thick one-piece kangaroo leather. Pre-shaped body, sleeves and legs.
• DoubleR Helmet: This is an upgrade to the firm’s Sport helmet. Multi-density inner shell, full venting system and rear spoiler.
• DoubleR Boots: These are an upgraded version of the Sports boots. They feature a special leatherette outer claimed to provide high resistance to abrasion.
• DoubleR Gloves: Designed to match the suit and boots. Made from 100% kangaroo leather and featuring shock-absorbing Suprotect foam.
